Payments: 30% deposit upon booking confirmation and the remaining 70% must be settled 45 days before arrival date. Cheques, Draft & wire transfers should be made payable to Exotic Tours & Safaris Limited. Details will be provided upon confirmation of a booking.
Full payment must be made on bookings made less than 30 days before commencement of the tour/safari.
Confirmations: Confirmation will be given in writing by email or fax for all other bookings.
Cancellations: It is our policy to levy cancellation charges and this applies as follows:
- from 14 days to 60 days before arrival: 30% of total cost
- from 11 days to 8 days before arrival: 50% of total cost
- from 7 days to 0 days before arrival: 100% of total cost
Please note that Exotic Tours, where possible, will assist you to negotiate with suppliers concerning the waiving or reduction of such charges.
Alteration to tours: We reserve the right to alter arrangements or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should circumstance demand it. The company also reserves the right to decline or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which case a refund will be made accordingly.
Liability: The Company and its agents act only as agents of the customer in all matters relating to our services and shall not be liable for injury, delays, loss or damage whatsoever. The laws of the country in which the tour takes place and no other country govern the companies liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which any action arises. It is therefore advisable to take an insurance cover for personal effects, accidents and medical expenses.
